We stand behind every project with comprehensive warranty coverage
Year Craftsmanship Warranty
All labor and installation work is covered for a full 2 years. If any issue arises from our workmanship — peeling finish, loose boards, uneven seams — we'll come back and fix it at no charge.
Year Finish Warranty
Our premium finish applications are warranted for 5 years against abnormal wear, peeling, or discoloration under normal residential use. Covers all Bona and Rubio Monocoat products we apply.
Year Wood Manufacturer Warranty
All hardwood materials come with the manufacturer's structural warranty (typically 25-lifetime years). We only source from reputable mills and suppliers whose products we trust.
Warranty terms are provided in writing with every signed contract. Ask Paul for full warranty details during your estimate.
Payment & Financing
Flexible options to fit your budget
Payment Methods
We accept personal checks, Zelle, cash, and all major credit cards. For larger projects, we work with you on a payment schedule that makes sense.
Payment Schedule
Standard terms: 50% deposit to secure your project date, balance due upon completion and your satisfaction. For projects over $15,000, we offer milestone-based payments.
Financing Available
For qualifying projects, we offer 6-12 month interest-free financing through our lending partners. Ask Paul during your free estimate for details and eligibility.
